Welcome to Westwood Church.
We’re glad you’re here. Would you take a moment to let us know you are here on the connect card. We also invite you to share prayer requests. If you would like to make Westwood your church home and receive weekly eNews and praise/prayer reports, let us know through the connect card or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be having a baptism on Sunday, August 21 for all interested! We believe that baptism, while not necessary for a saving faith in Jesus, is a natural next step for someone who is dedicated to following Him. If you are interested in baptism or have questions, let us know. We would be happy to talk with you about it.
Small Group Fall Opportunities.
As we begin to look at fall, we invite you to join small groups who will meet to discuss our sermon series “The Good Church” starting the week of September 11! Watch our website or the e-news (for all who call Westwood their home church) for more information, or visit the Welcome Table in the lobby today! Want to be considered a “regular attender” at Westwood? Let us know at email@example.com.
KidCity and Student Ministry Changes.
Our KidCity and Student Ministry programs are being updated to better reflect the needs and opportunities around these ages! KidCity will now be considered infant through 2nd grade, while Student Ministries will be 3-12th! Sunday mornings will still have both first and second service programs for infant through 5th grade, but 3-5 grades will have their own programming to keep them engaged and learning at their level. Erin Finke will be joining our staff as our part-time KidCity director! Welcome, Erin!
If you are interested in getting involved in the support of these programs, please contact Kenyan Kleinsmith at Kenyan.firstname.lastname@example.org.
